Australian Champion Driftway Triumph "BUDDY"
	Comments from Judge J Lanning (UK) : Labradors, one of the biggest entries of the show. Some very good ones. Best of Breed Driftway Triumph. A young dog of the Sandyland pattern, well balanced, with good bone and feet, sound firm mover with good tail, correctly carried. What can we say, we obtained Buddy from Driftway Knls and it has been a thrill to watch this dog achieve what he has in the short space of his show career so far.  He has been recognised at Major Shows under highly regarded International judges that have given him multi in Shows awards including Best Puppy in Show all three days at the Autumn International Expo 2005. He also achieved a Runner-up Best Puppy in SA 2005. He has placed well Royal Shows in Adelaide as well as interstate winning 1st in the Junior class at the Adelaide and Sydney Royals, Best of Breed at the Canberra Royal and then Best in Show 3rd at the Adelaide Royal in 2006. His assets are his movement, it is a pleasure to watch a dog move effortlessly around a ring, and then to take the finer points of movement and just see him excel with his gait, he moves true, square with reach & drive. What you are looking for he has it. Buddy is a dog that is pleasing and first impression is all Labrador Retriever, he has a good broad dog head, without being too strong, reach of neck dept of chest, brisket, well sprung ribs, short loin, level strong and broad in the back, broad in the hindquarters, and well developed second thigh, hocks are straight and square, angulation that satisfy his movement, well boned. Just a dream of a dog....Buddy.
